Our Smelting Process

Material Preparation:

Incoming materials, such as doré or scrap, are carefully inspected and prepared for smelting. This ensures consistency and efficiency throughout the process.

High-Temperature Melting:

Using advanced furnaces, the material is melted at precise temperatures to separate gold from other elements.

Purification:

Impurities and unwanted materials are removed during smelting, leaving behind high-purity molten gold.

Forming:

The molten gold is then poured into molds to form bars or converted into grains for further processing in the refinery.
